Not Sure Which
Channel To Use?

If your message doesn't fit cleanly into one of the six department channels above, use this general form. It routes to our central inbox, and we'll forward it to the right team within one business day.

This form is also the right place for general feedback, partnership ideas, reader stories, or "I just want to say hi" notes. We genuinely enjoy hearing from people who use the site — even when there's nothing for us to action.

  • A real human reads everything. No auto-responders, no chatbot triage. Every message is read by a team member.
  • 48-hour response window. Credible messages get a substantive reply within 48 hours, often the same business day.
  • We never share your info. Your email and details are used only to respond to you. See our privacy policy.
  • No marketing spam ever. Submitting this form doesn't subscribe you to anything. We'll only email you about your specific message.
By submitting, you confirm the information is accurate to your knowledge. Our editorial team reviews corrections and brand suggestions; partnership inquiries route to our commercial team — never the same people.

Three Cities. One Team.

We're a distributed-first team with optional physical spaces in three cities. Most of the team works remotely full-time; offices exist for people who want them and for our twice-yearly in-person team weeks.

Before You Hit Send.

Seven of the most-asked questions we get from readers, brands, and journalists. The answer might already be here — and if not, the contact form above is the right next step.

Our target is 48 hours for any credible message — and we hit it for over 95% of inbound mail. Press inquiries on deadline get same-day response when possible. Job applications get an initial reply within 5 business days, even if it's a "no for now." Routine partnership inquiries can take up to 3 business days. Anonymous reports of editorial concerns are reviewed by our Editorial Advisory Board on a weekly cycle.
Email editorial@whichranks.com directly, or use the contact form above and select "Submit a factual correction." Please include the page URL and what specifically is wrong — ideally with a link to the brand's official page showing the correct information. We verify against primary sources and process verified corrections within 48 hours. Every correction is publicly dated on the affected page. See our editorial policy Section 07 for the full correction process.
No. This is the single most-asked question from brand outreach, and the answer is unambiguous: brands cannot pay WhichRanks for better placement in our rankings — not the #1 spot, not the top three, not "featured" status. We do accept clearly-labeled advertising and run affiliate programs, but commissions and ad dollars never influence editorial scoring. Our editorial policy Section 02 spells out the three firewalls between commercial and editorial. If you're a brand looking to discuss partnerships within those rules, email partners@whichranks.com.
Yes. Email press@whichranks.com with your outlet, deadline, and topic. Our Editor-in-Chief and category leads are typically available for interviews on consumer-tech, comparison-site methodology, affiliate-marketing transparency, and category-specific trends (eCommerce, VPN/security, travel, etc.). We can usually accommodate same-day quote requests during US/EU business hours. We also share aggregated, anonymized data from our research on request.
A few common reasons: the brand may not meet our minimum inclusion criteria (customer base, time in market, regional availability), it may be too new (we generally wait 6+ months of live operations before scoring), or we simply haven't reached it yet. Our coverage grows monthly. The fastest way to get a brand on our radar is to email research@whichranks.com with the brand name and a short explanation of why you think we're missing it. We read every suggestion.
We do not accept guest posts in the traditional SEO-link-building sense. We do accept clearly-labeled sponsored content in marked formats — these look visibly different from editorial content and are reviewed for accuracy. Our editorial policy Section 03 covers the disclosure framework. For sponsored content inquiries, email partners@whichranks.com. Anything that would be designed to look like editorial coverage but pay for placement isn't something we publish, period.
If you believe WhichRanks has violated our editorial policy, you have three escalation paths: (1) email editorial@whichranks.com which routes directly to the Editor-in-Chief, not commercial staff; (2) use the "Editorial policy concern" subject on the contact form above; or (3) for serious concerns where you want to remain anonymous, our independent ethics line is reviewed by our external Editorial Advisory Board. All editorial concerns are taken seriously and investigated within 14 days.
